All the wwoofers at Earthcamp cook for at least one night of their stay. This has given rise to a recipe collection of foods that our wwoofers like to cook at home and includes recipes from all over the world. Please enjoy the following recipe for Mussels, French Style.

- Melt a a knob of butter in a large pan
- Add one sliced onion and crushed garlic

- Add the mussels (in their cleaned shells)

What is WWOOF?
WWOOF stands for willing workers on organic farms.

It is a world wide organisation where people can stay on organic farms or alternative lifestyle places and receive food and accommodation in return for 4 hours work a day. It is a great way to travel and meet local people and learn about their culture or pick up skills in activities such as organic growing or alternative building.
Look at the links section to link to the WWOOF New Zealand website.
